This first week of June did not quite go as planned. But I did make progress from the weeks before, when I was not working out, and was not tracking.
I only tracked 2 days this week. Not great, but better than zero. I am still trying to figure out why my google calendar is not reminding me when i have it set too! not sure whats wrong there.
I did ONE "2-a-day".... and that was the only day I did really workouts....
I was active on some of the other days... but did not do an actually workout. So far, June is not going well!
I don't know what I need to do to get my motivation back.... but I need to do something!
Thanks to Kim for the canoe-trip idea... it is a great idea, but i have to admit, I am a little nervous about doing that, I have never done it! But I'm going to take it under advisement!
No one else has given me any ideas..... COME ON PEOPLE!! I need more ideas!!! I have a long time and a LOT of pounds to go and I need your help!!!
Next week I am hoping to meet my "2-a-day" goal! and track more!!!
I am also going to do some "office" exercises... i'll let you know how those go!
