Weekly Update

Don't have time for a full post right now..... but the program I am on is AMAZING! and it is really getting results!

Weekly Weight Loss: 4.2 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!! 


HOORAY!!! 

Goals for next week:
1. One strength training work out
2. Two ZUMBAs!
and
3. LOSE AT LEAST ANOTHER TWO POUNDS!!!!

WE CAN DO IT!

  1. i have fallen off the wagon a little i'm afraid so far only my foot is dragging the ground but being on the run run run for the last 4 days has made eating correctly and the required snacks at the required times a little difficult, but hopefully all the walking I just did at Holiday World the last 2 days made up for the mishaps :)

    Great Job on your weight loss!

  2. Thanks except I gained 2 lbs on vacation Kentucky. hopefully I can make it up this Tuesday when I weigh in again!
